1、 HSE concept and commitment

2、 HSE management system
System certification: Passed ISO45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), ISO14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO50001 (Energy Management) certifications.
Organizational responsibilities: Establish a dedicated HSE department with responsibilities assigned to each position.
Institutional procedures: Systems, regulations, and emergency plans covering key risk areas such as hazardous chemical management and hot work operations.

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
Risk control: Hazard identification (JHA, LEC), three-level control of engineering technology, management, and PPE.
Training culture: three-level education for all staff, specialized skills training, safety month activities and case sharing.
On site management: 5S management, high-risk work permit (PTW), equipment intrinsic safety, and hazard investigation.
Occupational health: monitoring of hazardous factors, free physical examinations, engineering protection, and emergency drills.
Environmental Protection (ENV)
Resource management: wastewater reuse, energy-saving equipment.
Pollution prevention and control:
Wastewater: Separate the quality of wastewater containing chromium/tin, monitor it online, and strive for "zero discharge".
Waste gas: Efficient purification of acid mist, VOCs, etc., meeting emission standards.
Solid waste: classified disposal, 100% compliant transfer of hazardous waste, general solid waste recycling and utilization.
Monitoring disclosure: Third party environmental monitoring, actively accepting social supervision.
Product and Supply Chain
Green design: reduced quantity products, chromium free passivation, water-based coatings and other environmentally friendly processes.
Supply Chain Management: Incorporate HSE into supplier evaluation to promote sustainable development.
