1、 Our Quality Philosophy
Customer satisfaction is the highest standard: a deep understanding and precise fulfillment of customers' stringent requirements for tinplate performance (such as mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, coating performance), surface quality, dimensional accuracy, food safety, and more.

2、 A comprehensive quality management system (Robust Quality Management System)
We have established and continuously operate a quality management system that meets international standards, providing a solid systematic guarantee for product quality
Certification system:
ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification: Ensuring the systematization, standardization, and continuous improvement capability of quality management processes.
ISO22000/FSSC22000/BRC-IoP Food Safety Management System Certification: For tinplate used in food and beverage packaging, strict implementation of the food safety management system ensures product safety and hygiene, and meets global regulations for food contact materials.
ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification&ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification: Reflecting the company's responsibility for sustainable development and employee care, indirectly ensuring the stability of the production environment and the reliability of product quality.
Standardized operations: Detailed standardized operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions (WI) are developed for all key processes to ensure consistency and traceability of operations.
Document control: Establish a comprehensive quality manual, procedural documents, and record form system to ensure that quality activities are evidence-based and traceable.

3、 End to End Quality Control
From the source to delivery, we implement precise control over every aspect that affects the quality of tinplate:
Source control - raw material inspection: Strictly inspect all incoming raw and auxiliary materials such as steel substrates (cold-rolled sheets), tin ingots/particles, chromic anhydride, passivation solution, coatings, lubricants, etc.
The inspection items include: chemical composition, mechanical properties (yield strength, tensile strength, elongation), dimensional tolerances, surface quality, supplier warranty verification, etc. Only select high-quality suppliers that meet standards and have stable quality, and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
Strict process control - online and offline detection: Online real-time monitoring: The production line is equipped with advanced automated online detection equipment to achieve 100% continuous monitoring of key parameters.
Offline precision testing: Conduct more in-depth and comprehensive performance testing in professional laboratories, including physical and chemical properties, microscopic analysis, and food safety testing.
Finished product inspection - factory inspection: Each roll/batch of finished tinplate undergoes strict final inspection to confirm compliance with internal control standards and customer order requirements. The inspection items cover appearance, size, identification, key performance sampling, etc. Provide a detailed quality certificate, including all key testing data and results.
Traceability management: Establish a comprehensive product unique identification system (such as roll number, furnace number, batch number). Realize full forward and reverse traceability from raw materials to production process and then to finished products, ensuring that any quality issues can be quickly identified and effectively addressed.

4、 Advanced Quality Assurance Facilities&Team
Modern Testing Center: Invest in the construction of a central laboratory equipped with world-class testing equipment, including X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF), scanning electron microscope (SEM/EDS), electrochemical workstation, salt spray test chamber, cupping test machine, universal material testing machine, high-precision roughness meter, precision thickness gauge, etc.
Professional Quality Team: We have a professional team composed of experienced quality engineers, chemical analysts, physical testing engineers, system specialists, etc., who continuously provide skills training and standard update learning.
Regular calibration and maintenance: All testing equipment and instruments strictly follow the regular calibration and maintenance plan to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement results.

5、 Continuous Improvement&Customer Collaboration
PDCA cycle: Using tools such as the PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) cycle and QC team activities, continuously optimize the process flow, improve product quality, and reduce costs.
Customer feedback loop: We attach great importance to customer feedback and complaints, establish a rapid response mechanism, conduct in-depth analysis of the reasons, develop and implement corrective and preventive measures (CAPA), and promptly provide feedback on the handling results to customers.
Quality review and audit: Regularly conduct internal audits and management reviews, and actively accept audits from customers and third-party certification bodies to ensure continuous compliance.
